Take your grilling up a notch with Good Food Naturally’s Katy Kinsolving as she introduces you to grilled, stuffed Tuna, a glamorous grilled ‘courgette’ salad (does it sound more sophisticated to say zucchini in French?) and a celebration of August’s bountiful peaches. This class will take place in our kitchen and outside in the courtyard at the grill. The menu presents these summer favorites alongside a new recipe for appreciating sweet summer corn….off the cob!
This demonstration class is limited to 12 people.
Katy Kinsolving has been teaching cooking in Europe and the United States for over a decade.
