These simple and essential butchering skills will allow you to use the whole bird in a variety of ways. Learning basic techniques for cooking chicken is essential for any home cook and in this demonstration class you’ll learn three: Roasting, Poaching and Braising. Notes: Cooking class attendees receive 10% discount on kitchenware purchases on class day. Classes are geared to adults unless otherwise noted. However, children over 9 are welcome to attend with an accompanying adult.
