Discover the art of Korean Gimbap—delicious rice rolls wrapped in seaweed and filled with a vibrant variety of vegetables, meats, and sometimes seafood. Perfect for family-friendly gatherings or convenient, on-the-go meals, Gimbap is as versatile as it is satisfying.
In this hands-on class, Chef Sylvia Becker will guide you through preparing each component, teaching you how to build balanced, authentic flavors. You’ll then create your own custom Gimbap rolls using a selection of fresh fillings, tailored to your personal taste. To finish, you’ll learn how to make the perfect dipping sauce—and enjoy your creations together over lunch.
This hands-on cooking class is limited to ten people and includes lunch.
