We at Hillsdale General Store & HGS Home Chef are excited to announce, along with some very talented neighbors, the inaugural weekend of an exciting new joint venture called The Workshop Experience. Centered in Hillsdale, NY, this newly formed collaboration of creatives and producers launches with an array of more than 15 carefully curated workshops and classes on the weekend of September 11-12, 2021.
Ranging from crafting, writing, history, culinary, dance, to floristry and more, we are pleased to present The Workshop Experience Weekendand invite you to partake in experiential learning led by our brilliant experts.
Once our opening weekend is behind us, you’ll be able to see an assortment of workshops posted on our site all year long.
