As a vegetarian who knows the joy of reaching into the freezer for a homemade stash\, Glendy’s dumplings\, whether pan fried or boiled\, are wonderfully fragrant\, deeply satisfying\, and worth every fold. The class closes with a bowl of tremella mushroom sweet soup\, a silky\, nourishing Cantonese dessert that has been quietly cherished for generations and is finding a new wave of devotees for its collagen-rich benefits.
