Join Jack Peele for a special sausage class. You will begin by exploring the basics of sausage making — how to prepare a simple sausage mix at home. Jack will share the various types of sausages made around the world, sharing the wide assortment ingredients and spices created in each region. There will be a brief demo on stuffing sausages, as well as an overview of the many delicious ways to properly cook sausages at home.
As it may not be possible for everybody to stuff sausages at home, we will spend the final part of the class talking about alternative uses for sausage mix, and create a few dishes that are easy and delicious to make any day of the week.
